Procedures & Documents
According to Article 1 of our Rental Terms, you need to prepare: A valid driver's license (class A1 or A2 for standard motorbikes), and an original Citizen ID Card or Passport for verification. For foreign tourists, an original valid Passport and a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) are strictly required.
Our shop applies a flexible deposit policy under Article 1 of our Rental Terms: NO cash deposit is required if you choose to leave your original Passport or Citizen ID. If you prefer to keep all your personal documents with you, you can leave a refundable cash deposit ranging from 1,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND depending on the value of the rented motorbike.
Delivery & Rental Hours
Yes, we provide FREE motorcycle delivery and pickup services within a 2km radius of our shop. For locations beyond 2km, an additional delivery fee (calculated based on actual travel distance) will apply, or you can contact us in advance to negotiate and get the clearest detailed information.
According to Article 2 of our Rental Terms, rental pricing is calculated based on a shift system synchronized with our online booking system. Each day consists of a morning shift (06:00 - 12:00) and an afternoon shift (12:00 - 22:00), with each shift equivalent to 0.5 of a rental day (2 shifts = 1 day). A shift is charged if the actual rental duration overlaps it by at least 3 hours. Picking up the bike after 22:00 adds 0.5 shift (overnight/night shift). The minimum rental period is 0.5 day, and the pickup and dropoff times must be at least 3 hours apart.
